Booking & Prices
Learn how to check tour prices, see what is included and book your trip. Find answers about children, rooms and booking dates.
Every tour page shows a current price for the available options. Open the booking form, set your start date and the number of travellers, and the total updates while you work. There is no quote request to wait for.
The price on the tour card is the English guided version. You can choose a private tour, a different hotel class or a Spanish or Italian guide. The same form shows how your choices change the total before you book.
For a trip that is not in the catalogue, describe what you want in the Turkey trip planner and it builds a day by day itinerary with a real price attached. You can also email info@toliratours.com with your dates and group size and we will send a quote back.

Each tour page has an Included list below the itinerary. A two day Cappadocia trip and a fifteen day grand tour include different services. Check the list on your selected tour page, because that list applies to your booking.
Most packages share the same core: hotels with breakfast, every transfer between airports, hotels and sites, a licensed guide on touring days, entrance tickets for the sites in the programme, and the domestic flights or coach legs the route needs.
Where the route crosses the country by air, the flight tickets are already in the price, with 15 kg checked and 8 kg cabin baggage per person.

International flights to and from Turkey are never included, and neither is your visa or your travel insurance. You pay your own personal expenses, including drinks, laundry, souvenirs and tips.
The programme shows which meals are included. Hotel breakfast is always included. Lunch is included on most full touring days outside Istanbul, and dinner only where the tour page says so.
Optional activities are priced separately and appear as extras in the booking form. A sunrise balloon flight over Cappadocia is the one most people add.
Every tour page carries its own Not included list. Read it next to the Included list before you pay.

There are three age bands, and the booking form asks for each one separately.
- Infant, ages 0 to 1
- Child, ages 2 to 6
- Adult, ages 7 and above
A child place costs roughly half an adult place on most tours, and an infant costs a small fraction of one. The exact amount varies by tour because the costs are different: a child shares the parents' room, some entrance tickets are free below a certain age, and airlines price children their own way.
Set the ages in the booking form and the total recalculates straight away, so you can see the total price for your family before making any payment.

Yes. We prepare group prices directly, so you do not need a discount code. Group rates depend on the tour, the dates and how many of you there are, so we price them one at a time.
Send your dates, the tour you are looking at and the number of travellers to info@toliratours.com or through the contact form, and we will reply with a price for your group.
For twelve or more travellers a private tour is often cheaper per person than booking that many group places, so ask us to compare both before you decide.
Solo travellers are welcome on every tour. On a group departure you join the others in the vehicle and with the guide. On a private tour the guide and driver are yours alone, which some solo travellers prefer and some find quiet.
There is no separate single supplement line on your invoice. You pick Single Room in the booking form and the price reflects a room used by one person, which costs more per person than sharing a double room. The form shows the total before you pay, so the single-room cost does not appear as a surprise later.
Room types are Single, Double, Triple and Family, and you choose them room by room in the same step.
Pick your start date in the booking calendar. Dates that cannot run for the option you selected are not selectable, so you cannot book a day we could not deliver.
Private tours are the most flexible, because the vehicle and the guide are yours and the only real limits are hotel and flight availability. Group departures depend on a shared coach and guide, so their calendar is tighter, especially in high season.
Some museums close one day a week and a few close on public holidays. If a closure affects your route, we change the order of the days so you can still make the visit.

Yes. Add each tour to the cart and pay for all of them in one checkout. The cart keeps the dates, travellers, hotel class and extras you chose for each tour separately, so a three day Cappadocia package and a Gallipoli day trip can sit in the same order with different settings.
The deposit is added up across the whole cart and you get one confirmation covering everything.
If one tour starts straight after another, you may want us to arrange the travel between them. Write to us before booking so we can plan them as one continuous trip. Two separate packages do not automatically join up, and the gap between them is easier to close before the flights are bought.

Two to three months ahead is comfortable for most of the year. That is enough time to hold the hotels you want and to get domestic flight seats at a sensible price.
Book earlier for April, May, September and October. Those are the busiest months in Cappadocia and on the Aegean coast, the popular cave and stone hotels fill first, and balloon places also sell out early.
Late bookings are still possible. We take reservations at short notice whenever the hotels and flights allow it, although fewer options may be available and the price is usually higher. Inside fifteen days we may ask for the full amount rather than a deposit, and we tell you that before you pay.

Checkout only needs the lead passenger's name, email and phone number. That is enough to hold the booking.
Full names and passport numbers for everyone come later, and they are needed before we can issue domestic flight tickets. The airline prints the name on the ticket, and a name that does not match the passport cannot be corrected for free.
We ask for the details once your dates are confirmed, and you can send them from your account or by email. Give us the names exactly as they appear in the passport, middle names included. Even a missing letter can mean paying for the airline to issue the ticket again. It cannot simply be fixed by a phone call.
