Frequently asked questions

Do all of these tours stay overnight in Pamukkale?

No. The four-day package described here stays in Pamukkale, while the five-day package stays in Kusadasi before the Pamukkale day. Check the hotel plan for your selected tour.

Which airport is used for the Pamukkale part of the trip?

The route varies. The four-day package flies into Denizli, while the five-day package reaches Kusadasi through Izmir and later departs from Denizli after Pamukkale.

Is Ephesus included when I stay in Kusadasi?

A Kusadasi hotel does not automatically include an Ephesus tour. Choose a package that lists Ephesus, or compare the four-region collection.

Is swimming at Cleopatra Pool part of the included tour?

The short packages list swimming as an extra. Confirm current access and charges for your date; a visit to the pool area is different from a swimming session.

The hotel before Pamukkale changes your next morning

A Pamukkale overnight puts you near the terrace and Hierapolis visits. A Kusadasi base adds a road journey before sightseeing. Both appear in this collection, alongside different flight connections from Cappadocia. The four- and five-day examples below show how those choices work.

Where will you sleep before Pamukkale?

The 4 day Istanbul, Cappadocia and Pamukkale tour flies from Cappadocia to Denizli and stays one night in Pamukkale. The next guided day begins from that hotel. Earlier in the trip, an Istanbul Old City morning and Bosphorus cruise share the first day.

The 5 day package starts with an Istanbul arrival day and two nights in the city. After Cappadocia, it flies to Izmir and uses a Kusadasi hotel. The following day has a 07:00 pickup for Pamukkale, then a flight from Denizli to Istanbul.

These are different travel plans. An extra package day does not always reduce the road journey before sightseeing. Check the overnight town and pickup time together.

What does the Pamukkale day cover?

The guided day combines the terraces and Hierapolis. Read our Pamukkale terrace guide for expectations about water and visitor access. Swimming at Cleopatra Pool is a separate extra on the short packages; confirm current access if you want to swim.
