How many days do you have?

Do tours from Istanbul include sightseeing in Istanbul?
Some do, but others only start and end there. Check for an Istanbul sightseeing day in the daily plan. An airport transfer or flight from Istanbul does not include a city tour.
Does a longer Turkey tour always visit more places?
No. Extra days may add hotel nights, free time or another guided tour in the same region. Compare the daily plans to see whether a longer package adds places or gives you more time at each stop.
Are flights included in Turkey tour packages?
It depends on the package. Check the list of included services for flights within Turkey. Some tours use buses or begin at a local airport. International flights are separate from the packages described here.
Can I choose my hotel class?
Check the hotel options on your chosen tour. Where several classes are offered, you can compare the available hotels and prices before booking. The itinerary shows how many nights you stay in each place.
Is a Cappadocia balloon flight included?
Some packages include a balloon flight; others offer it as an optional extra. Check the list of included services and booking options on your tour. Balloon flights depend on weather and operating approval.

Choose a package length that fits your dates

- 2 to 4 days: Focus on a region or add a short extension to your holiday. Compare 2 day packages and 4 day packages by their starting point and overnight stays.

What to compare alongside the price
Use the same travel dates, number of guests and available hotel class when comparing prices. Then open each package's itinerary and inclusion list. A lower starting price may cover a different starting point, fewer hotel nights or different transport.
- Start and finish: Check the pickup location, arrival airport and final drop-off. Allow for any travel or hotel nights outside the package.
- Hotels: Count the nights in each city and compare the available accommodation. A visit to Pamukkale, for example, may be a day trip from a Kusadasi hotel.
- Transport: Check each flight, bus journey and transfer. Domestic flights are included only where listed; international flights are separate.
- Guiding: Read the group or private option you select. A private transfer alone does not mean the guided visits are private.
- Visits and meals: Look for the included entrance tickets, breakfasts and lunches. Budget separately for meals and visits outside that list.
- Extras: Check whether a balloon flight is included or optional. Flights depend on weather and operating approval.
