Tour Overview
Spend two days in Istanbul with a Bosphorus lunch cruise and a guided Old City tour. Includes airport transfers and one hotel night with breakfast.
See Istanbul from the water and on foot in two days. Your driver meets you at the airport on day 1 and takes you to your hotel. In the afternoon, join a Bosphorus cruise with lunch on board and views of the Golden Horn.
After breakfast on day 2, visit Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome with a guide. The morning tour ends at the Grand Bazaar for free time. On Sundays, another shopping stop replaces the closed bazaar. Return to your hotel on your own before your included airport transfer.
Your package includes both airport transfers, the lunch cruise, the Old City tour, entrance fees and one hotel night with breakfast. Flights are not included. The group program shown starts on Tuesday, Saturday or Sunday.

BosphorusCruise along the strait between the European and Asian shores. Look out for waterfront buildings and city views.
Return to your Istanbul hotelYour cruise transfer drops you at the hotel. The rest of the evening is free.

Day 2Tour Istanbul's Old City and transfer to the airport Have breakfast, visit the Old City and enjoy free time before returning to your hotel for the airport transfer.
Hotel pickup for the Old City tourAfter breakfast, check out and leave your luggage at the hotel. Join the guided morning tour. The visits finish around 12:30.
Hagia SophiaVisit the historic building known for its large dome and mosaics. Learn about its history as a church and mosque.
Blue MosqueSee the six minarets and the blue tiles that give this mosque its familiar name. Remove your shoes before entering.
Hippodrome and ObelisksWalk through the square where chariot races once took place. The surviving monuments include the Egyptian obelisk.
Grand BazaarExplore covered lanes lined with shops after the guided visits. The bazaar is closed on Sundays, when an alternative shopping stop is used.
Free time at the Grand BazaarThe morning tour ends at the Grand Bazaar. You have free time for shopping and lunch at your own expense. There is no transfer back to the hotel. On Sundays, another shopping stop replaces the bazaar.
Hotel pickup and airport transferReturn to the hotel on your own and collect your luggage. Your driver takes you to the airport at the time arranged for your departure flight.

- Which days can I start this itinerary?
The group itinerary shown starts on Tuesday, Saturday or Sunday. The cruise is on your arrival day and the Old City tour is the following morning.
- What flight times should I choose?
Choose an arrival before 12:00 on day 1 and a departure after 17:00 on day 2. This leaves time for the tours and airport transfers. Flights are not included.
- Is a transfer back from the Grand Bazaar included?
No. The morning group tour ends at the bazaar with free time. Return to your hotel on your own, collect your luggage and meet your driver for the included airport transfer.
- What happens when the Grand Bazaar is closed?
On Sundays, the morning tour visits another shopping stop instead of the Grand Bazaar.
- Which meals are included?
Lunch on the day 1 cruise and breakfast at the hotel on day 2 are included. Lunch on day 2, dinners and drinks are extra.
- What should I wear for the mosque visits?
Wear clothes that cover your shoulders and knees. Women should bring a headscarf. You remove your shoes before entering the Blue Mosque.
