Spend two days visiting Cappadocia, then travel to Konya for the Mevlana Museum and a guided city tour. Fly from Istanbul on day 1 and join the Red Tour after your airport meeting. Stay two nights in the same cave or stone hotel, with the Yellow Tour on day 2.
